About Mente-Marine Mente Marine was founded in 2000 and was conceived to capitalise on extensive experience gained by the founder members. Having previously worked in the area of marine and industrial electronics, Mente Marine can take full advantage of today's leading technologies and bring new dimensions to the boating experience. With research and development located in Vaasa Finland, an area having a dense boat population, the possibilities of emerging sensor types for motion detection are made use of. The first results of extensive research were released February 2002, when the Attitude Correction System (ACS) entered the market.
